We’re the founders of Established Family and we’ve walked with tens of thousands of spouses who (just like you) didn’t want to settle for simply staying in a marriage stuck. We know firsthand that standing for your marriage is not easy. It requires courage, surrender, and the willingness to let God reshape what feels broken into something stronger than before.

This is why we created this 7-Day Challenge. Our passion is to help you stand well (not passively, not hopelessly, and not in your own strength) but with a clear biblical foundation and practical steps that invite healing, restoration, and breakthrough. You don’t have to figure this out alone.

We’re here to guide you into a season where God’s design and your obedience can begin to write a new story for your marriage.

How does the challenge work each day?

How do I sign up for the challenge?

It's super simple—just enter your name and email above and you will be registered in our system as active! Which means we will deliver it to you.

What time do we start, and is it live?

This challenge is pre-recorded. If you sign up before 11:59 CDT, the very first day will be sent to your inbox the next morning at 6:00am CDT for 7-days straight.

Is it actually free or do I have to pay?

The challenge includes 7x 20-30 minute teachings and prayer, FREE. You have the option to get the $5 workbook or the 30-Day devotional but it's NOT required.

Do I have to do it with my spouse?

Absolutely not. Obviously it's powerful if you can use this 7-Day challenge as an opportunity for spiritual unity, but for most people, standing means "stand in the gap."

Stand in Your Original Design

God doesn’t bless mixture—He calls you to be set apart. On Day 1, you’ll confront double-mindedness and learn what it means to stand with a single-hearted devotion that produces stability and strength.

Day 1

Stand with the Fear of the Lord

When reverence for God is missing, disorder takes its place. Day 2 calls you back to holy awe, exposing where fear of man has ruled and realigning your heart under God’s authority.

Day 2

Stand Free in Your Emotions

Emotions are designed to inform you, not to master you. On Day 3, you’ll identify what has been ruling you—fear, anger, bitterness—and surrender it to the Spirit who leads you into freedom

Day 3

Stand in Upright Communication

Strife is more than poor communication—it’s a spiritual assignment to dismantle covenant. Day 4 will help you uproot patterns of contention and replace them with the peace of God in your home.

Day 4

Stand with Godly Urgency

Complacency in the face of brokenness is disobedience. On Day 5, you’ll rediscover the holy urgency to rebuild, learning how to move in God’s timing with prayer in one hand and obedience in the other.

Stand free from Fear & Rejection

Rejection whispers lies that pierce your identity, but it does not define you. Day 6 leads you to uproot rejection at its source and receive the truth that you are fully chosen and accepted in Christ.

Stand with Wise, Godly Counsel

Not every voice in your life carries the wisdom of heaven. On Day 7, you’ll learn to discern between counsel that heals and counsel that harms, anchoring your heart in the voice of God above all else.
